Reporting to Regional / Zonal Manager - HR

Role : To handle Talent Management & be the HR Business Partner for around 700 employees of Telangana state. The Company is establishing & ramping up business in TS & AP states rapidly & this role will be responsible to engage the team well & take care of all HR matters.

Experience : MBA with 4-6 years, ready to join in a month.

Requirements:

- Hands on with high drive, ready to work in Start-Up atmosphere.

- Stable career - Average 2.5 - 3 years' stint.

- Good experience in handling HRBP & Talent Mgt for field force.

- Preferably from BFSI, FMCG, FMCD, Logistics etc industries which handles huge on-field employees spread across large number of branches

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conducts regular meetings with respective business units.

- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.

- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.

- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).

- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

- Assists new hires, promotions and transfers of employees.

- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.
