HRBP Manager
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Onboarding for all Branch Based Positions irrespective of business.
- Daily tracking of manning across branches and closures therefore.
- Ensuring all positions are filled within timelines.
- Keeps a track on the sourcing mix.
- Ensures relevant placement agencies are empanelled post verification of their track record and market feedback, besides as and when required posts requirement in job portal with which we have a tie-up.
- Undertakes visits to branches / locations where there are gaps and co-ordinate with the Cluster Business / Business Unit Manager for closure of those vacancies.
- Basis approvals plan for release of advertisements / PIK mails with approvals.
- Undertake market mapping activity for specific positions
- Plan, Participate and ensure employee engagement activities are undertaken.
- Tracks attrition in the branches.
- Plan, undertake monthly travel to branches.
- Engage with Cluster seniors across business for updates in the cluster on a regular basis.
- Follow-up and track all employees participate in VOE survey.
- Ensure all hires are within the hiring matrix with no deviations wherever.
- Ensure all offers made are within the compensation grid and deviation approvals taken wherever necessary.
- Ensure parity is maintained on the offers made in branches.
- Facilitate and Ensure all new joinees get adapted to our system with time-bound follow-ups.
- Ensure due-deligence is done for all hires with no exceptions whatsoever.
- Be approachable to all employees which can help in being the sounding board for all queries, problems raised.
- Immediately escalate any people related / integrity related issues.
- Track the market changes in compensation with respect to different branch roles and provide regular updates.
- Ensure all Personal Files are updated and sent on time, and ensure there are no gaps on Confirmation, Compliance and Settlements.
- Play an active role in facilitating all hygiene facilities being provided to employees in offices and branches.
- Track performing employees who have quit and periodically check on their status and prospects of rejoining us.
- Regularly track and report on employee feedback during branch visits.
- Active involvement in disseminating of Company Code, Values and policies generically impacting employees in general.
- Where ever required facilitates discussion between Branch Business and Employees.
- Regularly does exit interviews.
- As and when required does a dip-stick on whether employees know how to read salary slips and incentive pay slips and facilitates understanding of these.
- Comprehends incentives and updates revisions similarly does an update on the HC policies as well.
- Escalates incentive queries as and when required.
- Is accountable for Statutory Audits and ensures licenses reach the branches on time.
- Orients freshers on company and the polices as applicable.
- Follow-up and track all employees complete insurance update in FC, similarly ensures all the Rural Employees are given health cards.
- Tracks and ensures all eligible employee are provided with temporary ESIC cards.
- Post branch visits, publish reports and track them for closure.
