Position : Manager HRBP
Role - HR Business Partner
- Responsible for recruitment of across level management professionals.
- Partnering line management for manpower productivity planning and capability building initiatives.
- Providing subject matter expertise and guidance to the business leadership team in driving business success through strategic talent planning, development and engagement for a team of full time employees across locations
- Driving projects in talent management and organization development.
- Partnering with cross-locational HR Centers of Excellence such as Training and Development, Talent Management, Rewards, etc to deploy global solutions aligned to local needs
- Manage employee relations activities and advise managers on employee issues
- Resolve employee queries, concerns and manage escalations
- Work towards staff retention through effective analysis and engagement
- Support the annual compensation exercise activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes
- Support the performance review process for multiple cycles (mid-year and year-end) by conducting road shows for employees and workshops for managers
- Part of the national team managing the promotion process for the mid year and year end cycles
- Ensuring timely delivery of HR Operations support to stakeholders through back end team.
- Employee exit management and exit interviews
- Regular updation of manpower parameters and people strategy metrics to senior management teams
- Ensuring adherence to TATs on all HR services.
