Roles and Responsibilities
1. Implement employee surveys and questionnaires; analyse and derive action plan based on survey results
2. Responsible for onboarding and partnering with the recruitment team in hiring associates based on business forecasts
3. Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
4. Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of Business
5. Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner with the Business in conducting necessary investigations.
6. Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, includes- analyzing Exit interview , observe trends and highlight important aspects, prepare and publish dashboards
7. Drive engagement initiatives Drive Performance Management process
8.Partner with functions to drive Career progression initiatives
9. Support the L&D team in conducting training needs assessment for employees across levels
10.Responsible in conducting regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.
11.Responsible for statutory compliance
Job Requirement
1. Proven skill in the operation and utilization software such as Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, etc.
2. Able to travel, as appropriate
3. Ability to analyze organization and individual needs and create the most cost-effective package to meet them
4. Experience with assessing executive talent and filling vacant position- Proven understanding of the role and functions of a human resource office within a corporate operations structure
5. Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice; performance appraisal systems and staff development
6. Proven ability to use initiative in carrying out tasks.Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions
7. Exposure to statutory compliance s and labour laws
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates should have a work experience of 5 yrs to 12 years in relevant HRBP domain
- HRBP experience is a mandate, experience in employee relations, adept at HR statutory compliance, performance management, talent management, HR projects, succession planning, etc.
Education: MBA or Master's Degree in HR/Social Work/ from B schools
