Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage people expectations in terms of development, career etc
- Find meaningful solutions to people related challenges in the technology business
- Work closely with the business to meet the ramp plan
- Manage HR projects end to end independently
- Execution of organizational plans and programs in areas such as Performance Reviews, Talent Management, Change & Transformation initiatives
- Proactively work with business to identify business priorities and provide HR support to achieve the desired outcome
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across both the relevant business and HR Community
- Champion employee engagement initiatives along with business managers
- Maintain critical people data & information with confidentiality as required
- Demonstrate the highest standards of conduct in all interactions
- Improve managerial & leadership capability through structured interventions such as development programs, coaching etc
- Influence business managers to take more effective decisions around people matters
- Facilitate complex people issues for resolution in line with company policy and local laws
- Provide advice and guidance on all HR operational areas to key segment stakeholders within confined guidelines
- Coach managers and employees on Risk, Conduct & Behaviour
- Increased proficiency of line manager to use HR products and tools
- Lead investigations on employee grievances investigation independently following the companies defined processes.
