HRBP Manager


Strategic HR Partnership:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and provide strategic HR insights and recommendations.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on various HR matters such as talent management, organizational design, employee development, and employee relations.

Performance Management:

- Develop and implement performance management strategies that align with business goals, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.

- Provide guidance to managers on addressing performance issues and fostering a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.

Employee Relations:

- Address complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and other HR-related matters.

- Conduct investigations as necessary, ensuring fairness, compliance, and consistency in the resolution process.

Organizational Development:

- Collaborate with leadership to identify organisational development needs and design initiatives that enhance team effectiveness, communication, and collaboration.

- Participate in change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during organisational changes.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Partner with the compensation team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices within the assigned business units.

- Provide insights on market trends to inform decisions related to salary adjustments, promotions, and incentives.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior leadership, making data-driven recommendations for enhancing HR strategies.

Compliance and Policies:

- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices and policies remain compliant.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
