Key responsibilities:

Performance Management:

- Implementing performance management processes and systems.

- Work with team across regions/business units to ensure consistent approach and ideology is maintained.

- Designing appraisal forms as per the business needs. Preparation of business wise PMS reports HR Shared Services / HR Operations.

- Daily, Weekly & monthly Dashboards and presentations for all the processes being managed.

- Preparing and distributing experience letters / Salary Certificates / Address Proof / Employment Agreement Letter

Employee Engagement and Wellness Programs:

- Be the first point of contact for all employee queries / grievances and be the face of HR for employees


- Be visible across all levels and reach out to employees to ensure all issues are addressed.

- Handling all employee's grievances related to payroll and work condition

- Employee Engagements, RNR, Events ,Fun Activities and Annual Functions

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and facilitate forums to increase employee touch points,
identify people challenges and take responsibility to assist.

- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching,
counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).

- Regular scheduling of Wellness programs like routine Medical check-ups, Health awareness seminars, etc.

Rewards & Recognitions:

- Planning & budgeting for Awards as per the organizational structure & needs. Designing the process flow & implementing it across the unit.

Connect & Communicate

- Conducting Skip level meetings & Pulse sessions to increase the connect with employees. Planning & scheduling Town halls and increasing the scope of reaching out to larger employee base.

Payroll Management

- Processing payroll inputs (New Joinee, Separations, LOP/Reversals, Onetime earning and deductions, Reimbursements, Maternity ESIC cases etc.)

- Handling End to End Full & Final Settlement (Exit)

- Completing the Full & Final settlement as per the TAT assigned.

- In case of delay in processing Full & Final settlement sending an update to the ex-associate

- Handling Absconding process

- Managing the Separation Process for employees in India. Managing confirmation, Leaves, Transfer,appraisal and Payroll Inputs.
