Currently there is an opening for a HRBP role for a leading MNC based in Bangalore. Client has a multi-family office specializing in private equity and venture capital investments, located in Bangalore. Its a contractual role for 2 years and will get extended depending on the performance.
- The position will be placed with a client for placements and training programs.
- They are hiring Management associates from IIMs and We-ace is supporting the client in developing a holistic management associate development program to groom them as future leaders.
Job Responsibilities:
- The HR Manager will work closely with the Client at the client location (Bangalore) and We-Ace, responsible for seamless planning and smooth execution of the Management Development Associate Program.
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the client.
- Creating and managing the short term and long-term goals of the Project
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Creating the Program Calendar to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, and team member performance.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analyzing program risks.
- Ensure timely delivery of all planned training interventions.
- Working on strategy and execution with the We-Ace team and the client.
- Maintain effective relationships with the client.
- Master's degree in business or related field.
- 3-4 years' experience in HR/Training or Program Management
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of project management.
