Role: HR Manager (HRBP)
Location: Binola (Near Gurgaon)
Job Description:
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Prior experience in managing contractual workforce/Unions.
- Experience/exposure in handling Union strikes will be a plus.
- Experience in IR/ER, local labour laws and compliance.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high-quality document and report preparation.
- The optimum candidate should possess an understanding of SC teams and how to grow and develop SC leaders.
- Strategic planning, Decision making, providing solutions, blend of IR, ER, Talent Development, handling payroll, ESIC, hygiene management), good knowledge MS-Office (Excel).
- Strong in HR Operations.
Skills Required:
- Good Experience into IR (Industrial Relations), ER (Employee Relations) function but not in the administration part.
- Must have experience in handling 2000+ employees.
- Strong in HR Operations with Industrial Relations.
- Have been doing or done Hiring(Volume Hiring, Bulk Hiring, etc).
- Experience in handling Blue-collar employees.
- Team handling experience.
- Local Language if have will be an advantage.
