Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has/ to be:
- Any graduate with having master's degree with a specialisation in HR Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in a HR function within a industrial environment
- A good knowledge of employment law
- Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems
Skills:
- International mind set

- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player.
- Good listener and highly positive.
- Must be People centric and key focus on employee relations.
Roles:
- To ensure smooth functioning of the company by facilitating and co-ordinating Human Resource activities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role of a HR Manager is to implement the Group's HR policies and tools and to provide support to management on human resources issues.
The main missions of the role are to:
- Management of HR issues in line with business objectives.
- Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc
- Immigration process towards Onsite (Short & long term) to co-ordinate with the consultants and see that, it is done on the said time.
- Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
- Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies.
- Industrial relations and liasioning to be done with Govt bodies as well as local employee representatives.
- Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the company's Excellence System.
- Report relevant HR information to the Division.
- Training & Development of the employees towards Organisatinal Behavior and Technical ability needs to be identified for the year.
- To attend all HR Audits
- Employees APDR and the increment letters to be completed every year at FTCI
- Expat relocation and deputation formalities at the host country to be completed in all respects.
- Statutory compliance to be filed on time and completed.
- Employee Engagement activities to be revamp and address timely.
- Rewards and Recognition awards to be revamp and send for an approval
- Expansion plan at New premises to be plan and approve norms as per the Factories Act
- Improvement Ideas to be introduce and implement in the Organisation.
- To uphold & abide by code of ethics & Management

- Approval / sanction of leaves for team
- Approval of claims as per policy
- Policy formulation and recommendations
- Signing for statutory compliances
- Signing of all immigration
- Signing of all the Admininstraion related bills and PR- s
