Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber candidates.
- Manage employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals, promotions, and performance improvement plans.
- Drive employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies across all departments.
- Conduct training needs analysis and facilitate learning and development programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and present insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications:
- UG/PG in management studies, MBA in HR.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience with HRIS and performance management systems.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
