Our client is an Indian Conglomerate looking for a HRBP for their corporate team.
Position Purpose and Summary:
The Human Resources Manager, will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of businesses, with a focus on new businesses in an start up phase. The role is designed to play a dual role as an HR Business Partner and a Lead in HR Specialist Functions. The role in scope will cover partnering with businesses on strategic and operational items, with focus on set up and design and will be responsible for managing specialist HR functions for the team in the areas of Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Organization Design and Job Analysis, Talent Management and Projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering:
- Work closely on set up of new businesses under different stages of incubation and growth. Setup of Organization Design and Structure, Staffing and Budgeting Decisions, Policy Framework and Implementation, and other strategic and operational matters.
- Support in end-to-end employee life cycle management, including working with Talent Acquisition on new and existing positions and onboarding; annual and quarterly reviews, working with shared services team on HRIS (Peoplesoft) management and other activities
Role Profile:
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage all items of Compensation and Benefits, including supporting in Annual and Periodic Compensation reviews, Compensation Benchmarking, Short and Long Term Incentive Design, Managing Compensation and Benefits Policies and Programs.
- Design of HR Policies and Benefits, through external benchmarking, internal references and benchmarks and cost-benefit analysis.
Performance Management:
- Design and Drive Performance Management Process and support in building a high performing, collaborative, values driven workplace.
Organization Design, Job Analysis and Evaluation:
- Managing Organization and Job Design and Analysis for all teams, and support in Job Levels and Evaluation process.
HR Strategy:
- Support in HR projects and initiatives as required.
Person Profile:
- Degree from a Tier A or Tier B College in Business Administration, with specialization in Human Resources or equivalent stream.
- Experience of 2-4 years in HR. Experience in 1-2 specialist roles such as areas of Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Learning and Development is preferred.
- Background either in an HR consulting firm, or in an reputed Indian or Foreign Multi National Organization/ Conglomerates.
- Record of High Performance through academics and career.
- Thinking and Problem Solving skills, Creativity and high standards of values, empathy and work-deliverables.
- Objective and outcome-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
