Manager - HR Analytics - Tableau - (Hybrid) - Gurugram
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead team of 2-3 Analysts
- Participate in business analysis activities to gather reporting and dashboard requirements
- Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources
- Automate reports and dashboards for entire Operations & Support team
- Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for internal users
- Ensure proper configuration management and change controls
- Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes
- Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision
Desired Profile:
- Proficient in Building Analysis Services reporting models, design and development of visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Tableau
- Excellent hands-on knowledge in Segmentation and cohort analysis, what-if analysis, calculations and statistical functions, Time-series, and predictive analysis.
- Integration with different data sources such as Oracle, SQL, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence, also integration with web services.
- Able to implement row-level security on data and understand application security layer models in the above-mentioned reporting tools.
- Expertise in using advanced level calculations (DAX Queries) on the data set.
- Able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards on the above-mentioned tools.
- Strong in SQL and familiar with Microsoft Azure, SQL data warehouse, etc.
- Able to integrate different analytical tools using embedded analytics like API automation.
- Experienced in developing custom visuals for these reporting tools.
Skill Set:
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 5 to 6 years of working experience with preferably Tableau.
- Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.
- Experience in using advanced level calculations (DAX Queries) and SQL
