Job Description : We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in HR Analytics, proficient in utilizing platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and SuccessFactors. Candidates with a proven track record in managing substantial HR datasets and diverse HRMS platforms like SF, Zoho, and Workday, with additional advantageous experience in SAP Analytics and Macros will be preffered.

Client Details : Indian multinational pharmaceutical company, that manufactures both generic and speciality drugs. The company operates on a global scale, with a significant presence in various markets worldwide.

Description : Analyzing and reporting of organization-wide data across various parameters in order to generate business insights to drive decision-based data making.

Responsibilities :

- Creating HR Ops MIS Dashboards, tracking the deliverables of the internal team and suggesting for process improvement.

- Develop and implement comprehensive HR Analytics and people Metrics by collaborating with the HR cross- functional team.


- Project planning and management for HR technology projects in order to streamline the processes, with an emphasis on the technical components of business needs.

- Gathering functional requirements from HR & converting them into technical requirements for HR MIS and Dashboards.


- Working with the IT team to get new processes implemented & HR trained to use the system.

- Managing the costs benefits & effective utilization in terms of vendors' support including the contract renewal processes.


- Ensures data integrity, system security, and testing of system changes.

- Interpret data across various parameters, analyze results and provide ongoing reports in order to generate business insights.


- Present data to relevant stakeholders in order to encourage more data-driven decision-making

- Presenting trend analysis to relevant business stakeholders to aid them in better employee retention.


- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.

Profile :

The ideal candidate should have the following :

- 7+ years of relevant experience.

- Proficiency in using Analytical tools and Dashboards


- Should have experience in implementing or supporting SuccessFactors, modules like Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central.

- Demonstrated competence in the setup and development of HR Analytics


- processes with hands-on experience in working with people-related data models.

A successful candidate should have a robust background in HR Analytics, proficient in utilizing platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and SuccessFactors.Candidate with a proven track record in managing substantial HR data sets and diverse HRMS platforms like SF, Zoho, and Workday, with additional advantageous experience in SAP Analytics and Macros will be preferred.We require an individual capable of spearheading HR Analytics initiatives, establishing well-structured processes, and ensuring flawless execution.
