We are looking for a candidate with good MBAHR with Engineering background extensively worked with Start ups/ Technology/QSR companies,
- 8 - 10 years overall experience in Tech HR role.
- Should have had exposure to Blueprints, HRMS and Dashboards.
- Mainly Articulating of the Business of the Tech team
Job Responsibilities are:
1. Design and Implement HRMS tools.
2. Support the Tech team to create career paths and execute succession plans.
3. Create and drive Dashboards
4. Creating Workforce Process
5. Preparing HR Reports
6. Design processes, communication mechanisms that enhance the candidate experience.
7. Leverage MIS to gather strategic inputs for manpower planning & talent
