Manager - HR Analytics - Consulting Firm

- 10-14 years of People Analytics experience;

- Excellent data visualisation and analytical abilities;

- A strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modelling.

- Five or more years of experience in medium- to large-scale capacity planning

- Superb presentation and communication abilities

- Industry network and understanding of rules, procedures, and trends

- Proficient in presentation and communication

- Capacity to collaborate with senior leaders and coworkers in a fast-paced setting

- Providing insights; First-principle thinker who can get to the root of a problem, derive valuable insights and judgments, and incrementally improve processes

- Embracing change; Can cope with the uncertainty and ambiguity of a young organization and direct that skill in building robust systems that can stand the test of time

- Interacting with people; Go-getter who can network and interact with a host of people, within and outside Ather, and use this data to shape internal programs
