Seeking incumbents with experience in HR Analytics, willing to take leadership role, an all rounder who will be responsible in identifying clients business needs, and build customs solutions.
Some of the analytics solution the candidate will be building are :
- Employee attrition model
- Bench strength optimization
- Human-capital investment analysis
Candidate must have :
- Experience in SAS, R, SQL, Tableau and other visual analytic tools.
- At least 5 to 12 years of experience in HR Analytics with core expertise in building models such as attrition models, predictive models,
- Strong ability to ask relevant business questions and extract actionable insights from massive, highly complex, and multi-dimensional data-sets.
- Excellent leadership, strategic, presentation and communication skills
