- Create and manage the analytics of workforce metrics in order to optimize headcount capacity planning and maximize utilization rates.
- Perform quantitative analysis and create prediction models to enhance forecasting accuracy and improve headcount and cost decision-making.
- Create and execute a roadmap to automate data collection and analysis, create visualizations, and develop new analytical tools.
- Own and track the manpower budget and spends in collaboration with the Total Rewards team
- Create and maintain Manpower Plans/ Resource plans and budget models based on business behavior including costs, labor hours, and leave management.
- Lead the design and delivery of workforce analytics initiatives to provide insight and support the People function and business leaders.
- Develop predictive models to anticipate future workforce trends and their impact on Business
- Manage and analyze talent to proactively meet operating trends, develop and implement new strategies to ensure efficiencies to guest demand.
- Report to stakeholders on talent planning and conduct review meetings on talent requirements, talent mix, and balance of cost vs productivity.
- Create a roadmap for People Analytics
- Design and evangelize dashboards, databases, insights and metrics for POPS in line with the People Analytics roadmap
What kind of experience and skills do you need for this role?
- 10-14 years of experience in People Analytics
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with experience in statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
- 5+ years experience in capacity planning for medium to large organizations
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Industry network and knowledge of industry regulations, trends and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
