Manager- HR Analyst & Reporting
Hiring for one of the Renaud company into logistics for the role "HR Analyst" :
Role :
- Data analysis & reporting ; the ability to assess data sets and identify patterns and opportunities for improvement is the HR Financial & Business analyst's primary skill along with creating reporting templates and meeting report requirements of the sales team.
- HR cost Headcount & forecasting ; effective projection and forecasting skills are also vital in this role, as sales analysts guide investment and help companies better utilize cash and personnel.
- Assessing HR quantitative and qualitative data for their organization.
- They examine monthly, quarterly, and annual HR costs and other reports to identify reasons for movements in cost, headcount, other KPIs.
- Patterns the areas for improvement, comparing actual data to projections and expectations.
- Vendor management
- Stalk holder management
- Develop projections & Forecasting
- Examine Company Budgets
- Communication has to be excellent
Qualification : Post Graduate
- "ALTERNATIVE SATURDAY WORKING"
