Key Job Purpose :
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and Admin functions, manage, coordinate, administer and overseas operations covering multiple activities involved by HR and Admin.
Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for day-to-day aspects of HR and Admin functions
2. Conduct New Hires Orientation Program on HR policies and company structure & culture to ensure they have thorough understanding
3. Manage the process of recruiting and selecting qualified job candidates in a timely and cost effective manner for all levels, including job postings, external advertising, employee referrals, college relations, screening, interviewing, applicant tracking, credit and reference checks; coordinates and participates in local job fairs; and coordinates new hire processing and made hiring recommendations to the management.
4. Drive and coordinate manpower planning process for the Company. Compile and update HR monthly reports to RHQ and management
5. Keep abreast of trends and changes in HR legislation and effects changes or makes recommendations for change to keep the company practices in compliance with the employment laws and guidelines
6. Negotiate and manage external vendors who deliver training programs for internal employees to meet training standards. Responsible for all employees- training data and ensure timely and accurate submission of relevant claims. Responsible for employees soft skill development and create an efficient work environment.
7. Responsible for all employees- data and ensure that timely and accurate payroll is being processed monthly for all employees in India
8. Administer performance appraisal exercise and salary adjustment programs, employee welfare and benefits program
9. Responsible for disciplinary process and handles staff grievances, gather feedback in exit interviews and/or one-on-one sessions
10. Assist Superior in headcount forecast, labor cost and general expenses forecast and budget
11. Keep check on Labor laws, Employee Provident Fund Act and other employee related regulations
12. Provide HR support to regional office to RHQ on need basis
13. Oversee and supervise HR & Admin Exe in building maintenance including facilities; equipment and security, etc
14. Oversee and supervise Admin Assistant in handling reception duties including handling of faxes, mails and courier services; hotel bookings and travel arrangement, etc
15. Plan, organise and complete HR / ad-hoc projects that are assigned by Superior from time to time
Job Specification :
Minimum Education Required : Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR with related Diploma in Admin and facility management with 5 years experience in similar role
Minimum Experience Required : Minimum 8 - 10 years of Human Resource Generalist experience
Experience in Office Administration / Facilities Management will be an added advantage
Skills and Knowledge Required : Knowledge of Labor laws and regulations relating to employment, payroll processing and Income Tax administration.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attitude Required : Good level of organising and coordinating skills with the ability to multitask, good level of reliability and integrity, strong interpersonal skills, tact and maturity with a good sense of urgency
Knowledge Desired but not Essential : Knowledge of facility maintenance and security, safety regulations
