Designation- Manager - HR and Admin

Location- Thiruvallur District, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Gender:- Male or Female
Age:- 25-37 Years
Experience:- 8-10 years of experience with HR & Admin knowledge from related manufacturing industries.
Qualification:- Full-time MBA / Masters in HR /IR/MLS .
CTC:- Depend on Current CTC
Role & Responsibilities
1. Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies.
2. Execute strategies & processes to acquire & retain best fit people resources at all levels and locations.
3. Manpower Planning & HR Budgeting, Responsible for end to end execution of Recruitment (R), joining formalities, Induction(I), Confirmation (C), Exit (E), PMS.
4. Payroll Inputs, Manpower costing, Corporate Employee KRA's & KPI's, Appointment & confirmation of employee, Insurance Details, SOP's, Handling audit observations, HR WOW, attrition management, SAP Handling
5. Handling all sort of court matters, Employee Grievances, Disciplinary action and Domestic Enquiry.
6. Assist in counselling, disciplinary action; prepare show cause charge sheet, notices. Conduct 1st level investigations and provide inputs for taking disciplinary actions. Coordinate and organize employee forums
7. Liaison with Local Village committee, Villagers, Local Politician and ensure peaceful environment at site.
8. To oversee administration of Canteen, Transport, Housekeeping at site. Ensure availability of hygienic food and Transport on time to employees.
9. Liasioning with the necessary authorities like Labour Commissioner, PF ESIC etc.
10. Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems, related to company policies, etc..
11. Support the administration of Worker's Compensation and coordination of workplace safety programs.
12. Helping in talent hiring, Training programmes and Employee Engagement activities
13. Conduct training sessions related to Ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required.
Desired Skills,
- Good Communication Skill and drafting skill in English is essential.
- Pleasing personality with good ethics, soft spoken and some who understands Japanese language & work culture would be desirable.
- The incumbent should be a good team manager, sensible and mature to manage the HR function in line with procedures and standards of the parent company.
