Designation-Manager-HNI Sales

1.Planning and Strategy for business growth

a. Understanding the real estate market on everyday basis in regards to the new launches, new government policies affecting real estate, emerging trends, etc.

b. Defining sales targets and devising strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets

2. Pre Sales and lead management

a. Coordinating with marketing team to channelize marketing activities and positioning.

b. Identifying and evaluating prospective business potential of Corporate's and HNI's. Studying their profiles and coordinating with the management for approval.

3. Sales Management

a. Work hand in hand with the architecture team for designing/customizing the floor plans as per specific requirements of prospective buyers.

b. Negotiating commercials and terms and conditions with prospective buyers for deal closure

c. Managing the key influential personnel/consultants like architects, legal, CA, Business managers,etc.

4. Customer Relationship Management

a. Prepare MIS reports to analyse the status of leads generated and share the same with management

b. Prepare monthly Sales & Collection MIS to ensure timely payments

c. Prepare Sales & Brokerage forecast on monthly & quarterly basis

d. Prepare Sales Budget for the next financial year and formulate strategies basis the set target.

6. Liaise with Inter-departments for managing the sales process

a. Architecture - Receive floor plans, area statement, section drawing and updates on approval status

b. EPC - Provide updates on construction. Also, coordinate with site team ensuring the necessary assistance for the client visit

c. Legal - Coordinate with them for legal drafts and negotiate on terms & conditions as suggested by clients

d. Marketing- Collaborate for project collaterals and assist them to plan Channel Partner event for rapport building

e. Finance- Collaborate on financial model and statutory compliance.
