As a Manager- Hiring, you will be managing the entire Talent Acquisition cycle based on the hiring requirements of the business.
What you will do :
- Managing and streamlining the entire talent acquisition process including sending MISs with hiring managers, and implementing systems if any
- Managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition cycle by working with various internal and external stakeholders of the company
- Determining current staffing needs of the business by working closely with the hiring managers across functions
- Forecasting future hiring needs and strategizing steps accordingly
- Leading various recruitment steps including but not limited to, identifying right candidates across various sources, screening, assessing, interviewing, selecting and onboarding of candidates
- Having a tap on release of offer letters and also the on-time joining of the selected candidates to ensure timely closure of requirements
- Leading and guiding a team of Talent Acquisition specialists
- Initiating various steps to ensure positive candidate experience while being a part of the recruitment process
- Leading employer branding initiatives on various online platforms and also initiating steps to ensure employee retention and development
- Managing confidential hiring data and reporting the same to the business on a timely basis
Candidate Profile :
What you need to have :
- 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience in end-to-end talent acquisition
- Graduation is a must. MBA HR from a B-school is preferred
- Talent Acquisition experience from a startup background is highly desirable
- Proven experience and also willingness to work with hiring targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience of leading a team of talent acquisition specialists
- Ability to multi-task and also proven experience of maintaining high confidentiality data
