Technical Service Manager (HEAD) - Masterbatch/ Plastic Compounds

- Primary responsibility to provide technical support for complaint analysis and product development.

- Entrusted with additional responsibility as a Product Lead for Masterbatch & Plastic Compounds.

- Led team to redesign product-related technical documentation.

- Customer visit, Developing formulations as per customers' requirements.

- Provide Technical Support for Masterbatches or Plastic Compounds or Admixture Business

- Cost Effective Solution development

- Competitive Product Analysis.

- Trials & Chemical analysis

- To resolve any quality complaint issue.

- ISO documentation related to marketing.

- Establishing Key customers and complete product model.

- Develop product specifications to meet and work closely with process engineers to develop Process specifications Lead new product introduction and qualification efforts in the market.

- Lead cross-functional product team and Provide product technical support to platform/product line.

- Take ownership and address product-related complaints/issues.

- Work with KAMs and Dist Mgr to establish the value of products and provide process improvement support to customers.

- Extend technical support to customers in setting up processes and share good manufacturing practices.

- Make Product technical presentations in seminars and exhibitions.

- Monitor key metrics related to product quality and drive initiatives to achieve related goals and improve product quality

- Review, investigate, and resolve complex technical member cases within the target SLAs

- Monitor and analyze reporting and dashboards to quickly identify issues and take corrective action when needed

- Report on escalation trends, top issues, and improvement opportunities

- Partner with Engineering, Test, and Product Management to drive quality improvement initiatives and deliver the best member experience possible

- Attend key stakeholder meetings to continually provide awareness of new and ongoing issues as well as quality improvement initiatives

- Drive post mortems to identify process gaps and take corrective actions to prevent recurrences of similar issues

- Drive overall support readiness for new products and features

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE with Strong knowledge of Masterbatches/ Plastic Compounds with 3-5 years of experience in Technical Support and Quality Assurance and should have worked in Plastic Compound Industry need only apply

2. Advanced level of computer skills. Knowledge of MS Office software is a must.

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Product and Process knowledge.

5. Customers application and process knowledge

6. Ability to organize and lead multi-functional teams to achieve objectives.
