Purpose of the Job: To strategize and develop new Products verticals.

Product Developmental:

1. Identify the opportunity of new Product in line with the present business vertical. Study the requirement, feasibility and Product demand and submit the request for development to R&D.

2. Involve with R&D dept. on suggesting technical requirements of new Product during development while keeping the cost of the Product at par with the market trends.

Business Development:

3. Product positioning & benchmarking Market potential analysis.

4. Corporate communication - create a campaign for advertisement, digital media, telemarketing of the new Product.

5. Identifying industry specific periodicals, newspapers to release advertisement based on event and plan to participate in expo/trade shows specific to the Product.

6. Coordinate and support Sales team to identify the suitable and effective news magazines and other mode of advertisement in respective area.

Sales & Marketing:

7. Train the field Sales team/agents to help them market about the new Product.

8. Establish short term and long-term plans to cover new markets.

9. Understand the market trends, customer needs and increase Sales revenue year on year.

10. Customer Management - Finalizing order along with field Sales team to validate scope, pricing and time schedule. Explaining Customer on the proposal layout and freezing the process. Regularly report the project progress to customer and management.

Proposal Development and Vendor Management:

11. Make techno commercial quotations for Silo enquiries. Must check with all respective suppliers and internal group companies for technical and commercial correctness of the quotes.

12. Supplier Management - co-ordinate and identify suppliers for getting outsourced supplier quotes, making comparison statements of various suppliers, agreeing on long term beneficial techno-commercial terms and conditions.

13. Co-ordinate with entire cross functional team from Marketing to dispatch and till after Sales for tracking scope, budget, execution schedule for the project to ensure timely completion of project within the estimated budget as and when required during the project execution stage for the smooth flow of the project progress.

Skills & Qualification:

- Overall Work Experience: 8+ years and above

- Industry specific Experience: Product based solution provider Capital equipment - SILO Manufacturing industry

- Managerial Experience: Required

Any other (Specify): Multi Lingual, Open to new ideas, Proficient MS office Suite.
