Manager/Head - Sales - Manufacturing

We have an urgent opening with a leading Manufacturing MNC for Mumbai location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for entire Mumbai Reporting to RSM (West), Having team size of 2 to 3 reportees under him.

2. Key task is to achieve and implementing Sales strategies, Sales target and attain sustainable sales growth.

3. Proactively, rigorously persistently generate newer sales opportunities and help trade partners develop profitable business.

4. Develop and create excellent relationship with specifiers, Business partners, distributors, and sales with the projects Customer in your territory.

5. Work on developing retail specifications through the top designers and creating sales for the complete bathroom solutions.

6. Develop new trade partners in Mumbai and motivate them for having prominent display and meeting sales as per the decided target.

7. Creating and maintaining monthly sales reports. Presenting reports to the head office and highlighting the key points.

8. Track business lead from identification to specification and to execution and win new business by word of mouth.

9. Gain complete knowledge and update on new product introduction and its USP from time to time to deliver solution ahead of competition.

10. Assisting in hiring, training, and development of new sales members.

Your qualifications & Experience:

- PG Qualification in management and/or Graduate in any discipline in interior designing

- Have professional sales skills for premium products. Technical knowledge of plumbing is added advantage.

- 10+ years of experience of selling premium interior products mainly in the Mumbai.

- Holds excellent contact with key influencers and trade partners in Mumbai.

- Track record of successful sales development & achieving targets

- Excellent in communication, presentation, team working, negotiation, initiation, and detailing.

Note: -Candidate should have experience in Project sales, should have good connects with Builders, Architects and Interior Designers.
