Manager/Head - Retail Operations - Retail/Fashion/Apparel

We are a leading fashion/apparel retail store chain seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operation Manager/Head to oversee the overall operations of our stores.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores

- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability

- Ensure that our stores are well-stocked and well-presented

- Develop and implement merchandising plans in collaboration with the buying team

- Train and manage staff to provide excellent customer service

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly

- Ensure that all stores are operating in compliance with company policies and procedures

- Manage budgets, control expenses and allocate resources as needed

- Work closely with other teams such as marketing, finance, and HR to ensure the success of the business

Requirements:

- degree in business, retail management, or a related field

- Minimum of 9 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a leadership position

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising

- Experience in planning and executing sales strategies

- Effective time management skills

Location: Delhi/Mumbai

Salary: Budget- 30 lpa to 1 Cr.
