Operations Manager/Head - for Pan India Operations based at Mumbai for a Courier/Logistics Company

Roles & Responsibilities

- Good in evaluating SoP's, Monitoring SLA's and end to end operations processes right from Pick up from Customers till PoD ( Proff of Delivery ) and reconciliation with billing.

- Candidate must have an exposure to International mailing and E commerce.

- Should be good at Data management.

- Candidate should have himself worked in operations and had made his hands dirty.

- Candidate will be handling a team of 6-10 people.

Requirements :

- Should have at least 10-15 years of Experience.

- candidate form Logistics Industry and specifically from Last Mile Delivery would be preferred.

- candidates from Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Delhivery, and major players from eCommerce Delivery companies would be given an added advantage.

- MBA in Marketing/Supply chain/Operations would be preferred.
