- Responsible for prompt resolution of day to day employee & rescues grievances & Plant / Factory issues.

- To assist in studying / analyzing / implementation of various statutory / non-statutory welfare schemes provided for the well-being of employees and improve the welfare, health, safety and working conditions of the wage board, contract and regular employees and maintaining the cordial relations among them for the quality of work life and morale of the employees.

- Establish close relation with union leaders-External/Internal.

- Responsible for Industrial Relations Development in the organization.

- Should have good exposure conciliation & disciplinary matters etc.

- Control of all contract Labour & outsourced Manpower & Monitoring contract labor.

- Responsible for all statutory compliances under various labour administrative laws.

- Maintaining Liaison with local & state level labour department, Pollution Control Board, Local Police Station /S.P. Office & other government Agencies.

- Proficient in handling large workforces, maintaining amicable & Peaceful relations with workers trade union & management through introduction & administration of participative schemes & Practices.

- Employee Welfare i.e. Canteen, Get- Together, Picnics, Sports etc.

- Should possess vast knowledge in statutory compliance & Labor Laws.

- Wage Management at site level & Legal compliance.

- Liaising with Govt. bodies for approval, etc.

- Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial manageme employee relations and achieve dedication by workers.

- Negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the Union and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.

- Employees Relations

- Fool Proof Statutory Compliance System under various Labor Laws

- Long term Settlement (total five) with the Unions & many mini settlements

- Successfully handled the Strike, Tool Down & Lock out

- Settled no. of court cases in favor of the company (Conciliation, IT & HC)

- Developed Cordial environment thru recreational activities like Sports, Social get-together

Running four CSR projects for society

General Administration :

- Liasioning with statutory authorities, Pollution Control Board, Local Panchayat, Secretary Administration, Organizing Industrial public functions, Telephone Administration, Meeting Industrial emergencies (accident and hazardous incidents)

- Overseeing administration for all branches of the organisation, and maintaining co-ordination between branches for smooth functioning and Administrative function viz Fire Fighting, Pollution Control, Entire Security and Safety measures.

- Scheduling of appointments, organisation of travel, accommodation and conference/ presentation/ event arrangements in India. Ensuring smooth operations at all times and maintaining proper decorum & discipline by implementing & modifying the policies & procedures.

Personnel Management :

- Supervising activities of the time office and maintenance of attendance and leave records, necessary for processing payrolls of employees & providing transport facilities for employees.

- Monitoring daily & monthly attendance, absenteeism, late coming, early going, officially gate pass, personnel gate pass & reporting to the related H.O.D.s through note.

- Maintaining daily & monthly leave records.

- Labour Welfare / Statutory Compliance

- Handling all statutory compliances under various Labour Laws like Factories Act, 198, ESI Act, EPF & Misc. Act, etc.

- Maintaining all registers as per Factories Act Rules; involved in developing Manpower Contractors to provide contract labour as per the Company's requirement

Quality Management Systems :

- Experience of ISO-10006, ISO- 50001, ISO- 9000, ISO- 9001, ISO- 2008, SA 8000,EMS 14001, OHSAS -18001 systems. TPM, WCM, Six sigma, etc.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

- Incumbent should be MSW / MBA (HR/IR)/ plus LLB would be preferred with minimum 7 years post qualification, experience mainly in Industrial relations and Human Resources Management.

- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

-Confident to deal with Factory Inspectorate, Labour office, Labour Court and Trade union.

Previous experience of handling Trade Union is must.

- Candidate should possess strong management skills and thorough knowledge of Industrial & Labour Laws such as CLRA Act, BOCW Act, Factories Act, Payment of Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act, ID Act etc.

- Must be able to co-ordinate at various levels within and outside the company in matters related to statutory compliance. Candidates will be responsible for laisioning with various Govt. Depts. and officials.

- Should have sound knowledge in time office and payroll management, supervision of security functions, labour camp management etc. Maintaining the Forms, Registers & submission of Half yearly, Annual return under the Shops & Establishments Act.

- Candidate should know English/Tamil
