Reporting to : Founder

- We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations, while fostering a positive and engaging work culture.

- The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young talent, be adept at leveraging technology to streamline HR processes, and possess excellent communication skills to connect with employees across all levels.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, on boarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and off boarding.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.

- Act as a strategic partner to department heads and managers in addressing HR-related issues and fostering a positive work environment.

- Utilize HR technology platforms for efficient management of HR processes, including HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives.

- Handle employee relations matters with sensitivity, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and labor laws.

- Lead talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and other HR software/tools.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

- Empathetic listener with a solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative HR solutions to drive employee engagement and retention.
