Manager/Head - Business Development - Financial Services

Position: Business Development Manager / Head.

Experience: 7+ Years.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Look after the overall sales activities and processes to ensure the maximum revenue generation.

- Ability to participate in discovery calls and conversation with potential clients and to incline towards winning new projects.

- Pitching abilities while communicating with the clients including the ability to provide effective company introductions, understand client problems, and provide the right solutions.

- Team management strength to manage the sales team and optimize their output through:.

- Efficient task allocation.

- Reviewing and reporting team member performance.

- Providing performance feedback, mentoring, and training to uplift the team.

- Team-leading skills to motivate and educate the team for high performance- and generating more leads.

- Come up with the most efficient ways and strategies to generate business for the company.

- Managing escalations from the existing clients for successful project engagements and retaining their business for more opportunities.

- Ensuring strong business relations to upsell to the existing and previous clients.

- Managing the sales cycle from pre-sales requirements gathering up to making and sharing effective proposals.

- Help assist the accounting team in collecting payments from the clients.

- Building a network and rapport with key decision-makers in big accounts for long-lasting business relations.

- Evaluating and discussing key objections of the leads to implement resolutions in the business.

- Coordination with the sales team to create documented proposals, portfolios, or presentations that can help close the leads.
