Job Description :
This role is for the first principle-driven and iteration-oriented person, willing to do the 0 to 1 journey of a problem. A go-getter attitude, a high bias for action, and good top-down thinking will make this challenging role super exciting and enjoyable. This role is ideal for anyone who is looking to rapidly advance their career and assume responsibilities in a fast-paced company.
Following are some pointers about the role -
- Building & tracking relevant SOPs & metrics for multiple departments.
- Dig into detailed business metrics, identify root causes/ insights, and pick up hands-on execution to drive projects to closure within expected timelines
- Lead a team of 5-6 executives
- Ensure timely execution of various processes.
- Ensure smooth day to day operations
- Data analysis
Required Skills
- Organized, punctual & structured.

- Ability to formulate simple & effective SOPs for the team
- Ability to breakdown complex problems into smaller pieces and layout clear game plans
- Comfort with big datasets and ability to understand what data to pull and analyze to derive business insights
- Deal with ambiguity and layout a clear thought process to translate input efforts into output business KPIs
- Ability to manage stakeholders across levels and teams to deliver on tight execution plans
Educational background:
Tier-1 college graduate ( IIT, BITS, NIT )
Experience:
1 to 5 years experience in managing executive-level teams in functions like customer support, customer experience, logistics, growth, operations, sales etc.
