We are looking for Growth Marketing Manager for Fintech Startup Company based out of Bangalore
Job Description :
- Driving rapid and profitable customer acquisition through Digital Channels with extensive controlled experimentation across the funnel and scale-up of stable channels
- Designing, executing and reporting Growth experiments across top (channels), middle, and bottom of the funnel
- Driving cross functional teams (Product, Tech, Creative, Call Center, Field Sales) to lead the Growth Pod(s)
- Constantly fine tuning and optimizing working channels to reduce CAC
- Driving SEO and organic growth with clear actionable's month on month
- Setting up a best in class analytics setup and derive insights leading in to more experimentation
- Create an online acquisition Play-book to support rapid expansion across the country
- Manage campaign managers and business analyst(s) directly and groom them to take on bigger roles
The One Skill :
- Solid Digital Growth experience at a high velocity consumer internet organization.
Other Skills :
- Mastery in one Digital Channel/Platform like Google or Facebook
- Hustle and Drive to show tangible results
- Business and Profitability Orientation
- 95th percentile plus on Data Analytics and Insights
- Consumer empathy for the middle of the pyramid consumer
Qualifications/Desired Attributes :
- Tier 1 Engg/Quant Graduation from a tier 1 college which may or may not be followed by a top tier MBA
- Progressive experience in the Growth function at top internet companies
- Entrepreneurial mindset demonstrated in some way (own venture in the past, side hustle, or equivalent)
- Connected well and has appreciated for the middle pyramid India's mindset
