It offers customers a transparent, stress-free process of buying digital products and an easy seamless servicing platform. Using data, analytics and technology, our platform would enable customers to access low prices in one click based on their risk profile.
Response of consumers in the first year of operation has been extremely encouraging.
Customers can get their claims paid in a very quick turnaround time. In today's connected world, we believe it can reach a point where a customer would get his claim without him even lodging it. There are multiple ecosystems today which allow us to create contextual and personalised products based on user consumption behaviours. The company would focus on these opportunities with innovative products.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a digital growth hacker - figure out emerging technologies for proof of concepts, experiment and scale basis results.
- Lead the next phase traffic growth (Leads generation through both online & offline sources) of Direct to Consumer, ecommerce business.
- Evangelise & collaborate with product, engineering team to build one customer view; optimize marketing customer touch points, user level product personalization.
- Conceptualise & implement Customer Data Platform, Data Management Platform, Marketing Measurement Solutions.
- Work with a cross-functional team of product managers, data scientists, engineers, marketing, operations and sales teams to launch products - from initial market validation, positioning & messaging, to GTM strategy, to launch-day execution.
- Own user and product insights: Go deep on understanding our customers and how they engage and behave with product. Build data-driven, actionable insights that inform product, marketing & pricing strategy.
Desired Qualifications / Experience
- 3-4 years of overall experience with in depth understanding of digital ecosystem, product & digital marketing, marketing & web analytics, & marketing technologies
- Hands-on with MySQL
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Autonomous, able to tolerate ambiguity; proactive self-motivator and self-starter
- MBA from a premium institute is necessary.
