Our Client (SAAS Company) is looking to expand the team with like-minded professionals who can team up to build an innovative software product company. A Growth Marketing Manager focuses on driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, optimizing channels, and leveraging data to enhance user acquisition and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Create and execute marketing campaigns to attract new users and retain existing ones.
- Channel Optimization: Identify and optimize marketing channels to maximize ROI and user acquisition.
- Analytics and Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and derive actionable insights.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies to improve conversion rates at various stages of the customer journey.
- User Segmentation: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies based on user segmentation and behavior analysis.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Create awesome content to share Loop story with existing / potential customers & partners
- Be on top of current market trends to identify right product positioning
- Very comfortable with marketing tools - website / analytics / attribution
- Run growth marketing campaigns - not limited to paid
- Exposure to Paid Marketing, SEO would be a plus.
- We are looking for someone with 3-6 years of work-experience who has Software Marketing Experience. This role is based out of Bangalore office.
- Past experience in SaaS would be preferred but not mandatory.
