Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across digital & offline channels to drive user acquisition, and across in-app properties to drive user engagement.
- Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and market trends analysis to identify growth opportunities and insights.
- Develop and optimize marketing funnels to increase user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e. g. product, design, sales, etc. ) to optimize the user experience and drive growth.
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and achieve business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to identify new growth opportunities and tactics.
- 2 years of experience in growth marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and optimization.
- Experience with marketing channels - including paid advertising, social media, content marketing etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with media channels & marketing automation tools is a plus.
