Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth marketing initiatives and drive customer acquisition and retention. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies to accelerate growth across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of performance marketing, data analytics, and growth hacking tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across digital channels, including paid search, paid social, email, and affiliate marketing, to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Analyze and optimize performance marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, leveraging A/B testing, segmentation, and data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage the marketing funnel end-to-end, identifying opportunities to optimize conversion rates at each stage of the customer journey.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and that campaigns align with broader company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of differentiation.
- Drive cross-functional growth initiatives, including referral programs, partnerships, and viral marketing efforts.
- Monitor key growth metrics such as customer lifetime value (CLTV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rate, and conversion rate, and report on performance to key stakeholders.
- Lead experimentation and data-driven decision-making, fostering a growth culture within the marketing team.
- Develop and manage budgets for growth campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving growth through digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making (Google Analytics, Excel, and other data tools).
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
-Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and data teams.
- A growth mindset, with a passion for learning and testing new strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) strategies or growth hacking tactics.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools
- Experience in International Growth (preferably US)
