Job Description:
Role Demand Gen / BDR Senior Marketing Manager North America.
Reports To Head of Marketing North America.
Purpose of the role:
Required:
- The Demand Gen / BDR Senior Marketing Manager role will be based in India, and report directly to Head of Marketing in the United States.
- This is as challenging role with a few skillsets required to achieve success.
The primary purpose of this role will be trifold:
- Support and lead various digital inbound and outbound lead generation marketing initiatives.
- Execute weekly warm and cold calling outreach to North-American based contacts with a goal of setting qualified sales meetings.
- Provide insight and balance related to generating leads at both the strategic and daily hands-on execution levels.
Technical Skills Required:
- 4-6 year's experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of generating new business leads in North America.
- 2-4 years salesforce experience.
- 1-2 years direct B2B cold and warm lead gen phone calling activities.
- Experience running email campaigns in Pardot, including single, multi-touch and automated drip campaigns.
- Experience running, planning and leading various inbound and outbound digital campaigns for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other 3rd party digital tools and lead gen platforms.
- Experience in Google Ad management and SEO/PPC experience.
- Experience in executing best practice marketing methodologies for Websites,.
- Digital campaigns and related channels of lead gen delivery.

- Must have thick skin and an ability to take no from a client, or direct feedback from internal team members and respond proactively and passivity.
- Must be solution and results-oriented focused.
- Comfortable being uncomfortable (Learn new skills, push boundaries for success, support Addverb team members outside of Marketing as needed).
Job Responsibilities:
1 Work directly with Head or Marketing in US to strategically plan and execute annual B2B lead gen and brand awareness campaigns for North and South America.
2 Execute 30+ weekly cold and warm lead gen phone calls to B2B contacts in North America time zone.
3 Manage digital platforms for North American Lead Gen and Brand Awareness campaigns (email, Social, Salesforce / Pardot etc.).
4 Work as a team with India-based Marketing members when required, assisting in their growth and development while promoting positive global team communications and support.
5 Must be willing to travel occasionally to other countries as needed on an annual basis for events and team meetings.
6 Delivery weekly and monthly reports for all lead gen activities.
7 Must be able to think strategically for planning and communications and execute with a hands-on approach.
8 Must be comfortable working independently, and willing to engage in weekly calls outside of normal business hours.
9 Bonus Content creation (design or writing) is a plus!
- Minimum Qualification Bachelor s or Equivalent degree.
- Years of experience: 4-6.
