About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a "figure it out" mentality to join our fast-moving growth and revenue division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing.

Responsibilities:

1.Performance Marketing: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

2.Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with data analysts to extract actionable insights from user data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

3.Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Experience of 4-5 years in growth, performance marketing preferably for a gaming or social app

2. Strong expertise in Optimizing and scaling digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising & have managed spends of Rs 2 Cr+ in programmatic channels.

3. Should have handled ads from creation to optimizations for programmatic platforms.

4. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

5. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
