We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to drive the growth of our inbound sales leads. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of lead-generation processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement growth strategies focused on increasing inbound sales leads.

- Identify and analyze growth opportunities within the market, including emerging trends and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

- Design and execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance and lead conversion rates.

- Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and quality.

- Manage and optimize the lead funnel to maximize conversion rates.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use these insights to drive growth initiatives.

- Lead cross-functional projects to implement new growth strategies and initiatives.

- Stay updated on the latest growth hacking techniques and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably in the B2B SaaS or logistics industry.

- Proven track record of successfully driving growth and increasing inbound sales leads.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and growth hacking techniques.

- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and marketing automation platforms.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
