We are looking for an Acquisition Strategist who will lead the user acquisition strategies through paid and organic channels. Candidates with experience in designing Product growth strategy, user acquisition, activation and retention in a mobile app based product.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the overall performance of the platform - user acquisition, activation, retention, and growth of the platform.
- Executing acquisition campaigns across all digital platforms and monitoring acquisition campaigns to ensure optimized performance.
- Responsible for hacking multiple channels which are appropriate for our product growth.
- Managing organic and inorganic (Facebook Ad, UAC, etc.) funnels of growth.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting across Search, and other facets of paid search in accordance with revenue goals.
- Running A/B tests across paid search campaign & landing pages.
- Coordinating with product and Analytics team for analyzing various data points and in-depth funnel analysis. Well versed with the usage of various marketing and product tools like Moengage, AppFyler, MixPanel etc.
- Ensuring cost effective user acquisition combined with better retention.
- Research, analysis & leveraging of internal/external content trends and define well aligned content marketing strategy.
Skills/Qualifications :
- MBA -Marketing from a premier university or college/Relevant Experienced Campaign Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience executing & optimizing large scale Paid Digital Campaigns in the B2C market.
- Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web & app tracking setup and troubleshooting. (Strong command over Facebook and UAC Ads)
- Must be well aware of Facebook Analytics.
- Proven track record of delivering customer acquisition and/or revenue growth while optimizing for RoI metrics.
- Should be well versed in implementing ad-extensions like Call-Outs, Sitelinks, Structured Snippets, etc.
- Should be highly analytical, with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw actionable campaign insights.
- Must have a good understanding of virality and network effect,
- Must have "Ideate, Implement and learn" attitude
