Manager - Group Treasury

Our client is one of the global reputed MNC's groups which provides industry focused services for clients across geographies. We are currently looking for a skilled professional to join their Group Treasury team in NCR Region.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Manage the regulatory reporting system and data validation process.

- Manage the data warehouse/regulatory control framework and ensure documentation keeps pace with system environment changes.

- Act as a bridge between IT and the business, ensuring IT deliverables align with business needs.

- Oversee the transition of BAU support, data validation, and analysis tasks to the Finance Systems Operations Team and drive BAU change for Finance, focusing on credit risk and BASEL regulations.

- Deliver key capital reports and performance metrics and maintain efficient communication with senior management, technology teams, and business stakeholders.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.

- Minimum 3-8 years of post-qualification experience in credit risk and financial services, preferably in accounting, product control, or systems accounting.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and strong knowledge of credit risk, SQL, and relational databases.

- Knowledge of financial instruments and products is preferred along with basic understanding of ETL/data warehouse concepts.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues at various levels.
