Manager/Group Manager - Compliances

JD:

- Prior experience in client facing & team management/handling roles

- Exposure to business development in consulting (Pre-sales support, proposals, RFP responses)

- Possess strong domain knowledge, understanding of statutory laws/compliances (India) and compliance risks at industry level

- Have experience in project management at a project manager/ project lead level role (added advantage)

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Consistent display of leadership skills

- Ability to work well in teams

- Ability to work under pressure - stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours

- Willingness to travel within India or abroad for continuous long periods of time

- Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic and lead by example

- Qualification

- Lawyer + ICSI member with over 6-7 years of relevant experience as above
