Your Roles and Responsibilities:  1. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for our products/services  2. Engaged and responsible for closures in key Central & State Government departments.  3. Develop business plans, long-term objectives, and sales pipeline. Maintain a watching brief on developments within customer's organisations which may affect future business.  4. Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups  5. Independently identify and acquire new customers, in addition to up selling to existing customer base in close cooperation with our partners or directly.  6. Manage Sales process in our CRM and Sales Management system Participation in trade show events, workshops and seminars  Qualifiers:  1. Customer centric approach with prior experience interfacing with corporate customers  2. Minimum 5 Years of experience in selling to Government  3. Manged certain Key Central Government Accounts  4. Ability to work independently and in teams  5. Possess Product/ solution selling experience to large and medium Enterprise customers.  6. Have high energy levels  7. Have Real Good Business friends  8. Taking initiatives. Plans efficiently while avoiding analysis paralysis.  9. Have excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
