Role specific skillsets:
Operational
- Responsible for executing client related engagements related to the areas of governance, risk & compliance (GRC), process reviews, internal audits, standard operating procedures,enterprise risk management, revenue assurance, SOX 404 & Clause 49 assistance
- Responsible for overall client service delivery in accordance with the firm's quality guidelines & methodologies
- Deliver to meet and exceed client satisfaction
- Manage and continuously improve key service delivery metrics within defined TAT
- Develop relevant audit programs & procedures including Risk & Control Matrix (RCM)
- Experience of managing internal audits of large listed companies would be preferable
- Create Dashboard and track timelines of key initiatives
- Create a positive learning culture, coaches, counsels and develops junior team members
- Understand clients requirements, respond promptly to client requests and enquiries and consistently meet client needs
- Should be able to understand complex business situations, risk and controls in ERP environment, identify gaps and suggest leading practices
- Maintain accurate records to support and satisfy audit trails
- Record and report project milestones in accordance with audit guidelines
- Identify, analyze, evaluate and record sufficient information to achieve the audit's objectives
- Ensure sufficient evidence in audit working papers and file
- Supervise a team of internal audit personnel across different client engagements. Plan, organize, direct and monitor internal audit operations, including overall quality of deliverables, processes and Oversee billing and collections
- Prepare & track proposals and conduct proposal meetings with clients
- Demonstrate strong project management skills
- End to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness

- Identify opportunities at existing clients
- Develop new client relationships, identifying opportunities in the market, proposal development and presentation, thought leadership.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling to current clients/introduce colleagues from other service lines.

- Builds valued relationships with clients & internal peers.

Desired Candidate Profile-
- To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
- Minimum 5 + years experience in a related field, preferably in Internal Audit, consulting, advisory, professional services and/or industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop a rapport and liaise effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, project management and client relationship skills
- Excellent delivery skills and technical knowledge
- Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required. Well honed mentoring and people development skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in independently winning new client relationships and in effectively managing existing client relationships
