Accounts Finalization and Financial Reporting to Corporate

- Closing of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts of the company and preparation of statutory financials with requisite notes to accounts disclosures etc

- All Corporate Submissions / MIS - Monthly P&L & Balance Sheet / Quarterly Beginning Estimates in Hyperion / Quarterly Tax Estimates where accuracy & timeliness is the crux.

- Variance Analysis of P&L & Balance Sheet and providing Explanations about such Variances to Corporate & Auditors. The Variances are at multiple levels (Variable & Fixed Costs Level/ Working Capital Levels / Fixed Capital Levels & at the same time for multiple periods every Month / Quarter & Year End e.g. - Trailing Quarter / YTD Quarter / Budget / QBE / ATE / For the Quarter & Cumulative

- Flashing the Variances in Hyperion with Various Forms to make sure those are available to Corporate for Seamless View and Analysis

- Providing information for the DGM/GM - CL Statements preparations / Review / Submissions.

Statutory Audit for LMM

- Audit Submissions / Discussions with Auditors at various Stages / Handling queries till the Board Meeting / Providing satisfactory explanations about business and the Items of P&L & balance Sheet.

- Taking Care of Disclosure Requirements and providing the same in Hyperion & to Auditors

- Annual Reports printing as part of Consolidated M&M Group Annual Report Printing

- Inter Company Eliminations (ICP) to ensure in Hyperion related Trouble Shooting to facilitate Group Consolidation of Accounts at M&M Group Level

- Co-ordinating with Auditors for various Certificates that are required by Govt Authorities / Regulatory Authorities etc. including Certificates in the event of Mergers etc.

The role is in relation to Accounts Finalization and Financial Reporting for Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Ltd and implement internal controls and ensure compliance and governance. The role will also work closely with Corporate and business to comply with Regulations like Related Party Transactions, Company Law Matters, Disclosures, LODR Requirements, CL Schedule, Inter Company eliminations etc. The role also involves working on digitization, Automation and IT enablement in the areas of accounting, financial closure, reporting and statutory compliances.

Regulatory & Compliance

- Keeping updated on the Changes in the IND AS which is an Indian Version of ICFR and implementing the same across Auto Sector Recent Examples - Ind AS 115 / Ind AS 116 - Micro Medium & Small (MSME) Compliance - Quarterly SEBI Reporting - CFO Report

- Preparation / Reviews and getting Signed from CFO & CEO - CFO Certificate

- Preparation / Reviews and getting Signed from CFO & CEO - Related Party transactions

- Pre- Approvals from Board and Reporting Actuals / Ensuring Compliance

- Adherence to Accounting Standards

- Advice to Units & Divisions on Accounting / Costing / Legal / Direct Tax Matters whenever required.

- Handling secretarial and board matters for the company.

Special Projects

- Working on digitization, Automation and IT enablement in the areas of accounting, financial closure, reporting and statutory compliances.
