- Experience leading a team of associates/ analysts to drive efficiencies and performance
- History with FinServ, Healthcare, Risk verticals
- Excellent written and explanation skills to help collaborate with internal team more effectively
- Analytically minded, able to discern client's KPI targets and adjust the paid search accounts to meet them, or determine what is possible with budgets, vertical-specific restrictions, and any new programs within each platform
- Experience in Excel, Ads Manager, Google Analytics and other tools specific to the paid search platform
- Agency experience preferred - willing to collaborate with multiple individuals in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment
- Actively engages in understanding the search landscape and best practices as they evolve
- Able to collaborate and consult with a variety of clients and personas within the internal team
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed client targets, minimizing waste and "running a tight ship"
- Manages budgets effectively, and ensuring that pacing is as forecasted
- Proactively raises new solutions to drive better efficiencies in the paid search accounts
- Manages team workflow effectively to maximize productivity and minimize individual bandwidth restrictions
- Contextual understanding of individual search terms, and ability to determine eligibility of certain words
