GTM Manager International Business
Purpose of the Role :
This role would be a part of the Centre Of Excellence (COE) team for GTM. This role would lead a complete end to end diagnostics of the GTM structure(Urban, Rural & MT), Sales IT, Analytics for all countries in Company IBG, identify gaps and propose a structure best suited to the needs of that country and also suggest best practices around the each one of them
Key Deliverables of the Role :
- End to end GTM (multi channel) diagnostics of all countries part of the Companies International Business
- Diagnose each vertical of GTM like Sales structure, productivity, capability, use of sales IT, reporting & review mechanisms, CTS (cost to serve) etc through internal and external benchmarking and set up best in class processes
- Leveraging data analytics to drive key Sales Transformation initiatives in the areas of (Assortment, Spend effectiveness, etc)
- Continuously build & drive the Sales Innovation Funnel

- Expertise of FMCG sales processes with multi-channel exposure
- Understanding of Trade marketing & Sales IT concepts
- Strong Planning & Analytical skills
- Number crunching ability and strategic bent of mind

- Ability to influence non-reporting relationships
- Carry the top management along in terms of alignment and decision making
Qualification & Experience :
- MBA/ PG from Premier institute (2008/2009/2010)
- FMCG experience with multi channel exposure
