Job Description :
Your responsibilities :
- Create & Standardize the operational service activities-checklists, reports, schedules for various products. create and standardize training materials for elearning and onsite training.
- Designing value proposition calculator for various product and services in coordination with respective PLM and SLM
- Supporting in building a tool for analyzing the equipment's operational parameters.
- Develop a mechanism to automate / Standardized work processes across regions. Implement the tools and provide training for teams globally.
- Develop and implement suitable system to track ; Global business, Tools usage, CRM opportunities, success stories.
- Ensures adherence to FLSmidth safety policy and follows up on compliance within own area of responsibility
What you bring :
- Chemical Engineer with 10 plus year of experience in a technical position & knowledge of products and processes.
- Knowledge of cement plant process.
- Strong analytical skills ; data analysis, scheduling and planning
- Agility in responding to queries
- Strong verbal communication & writing skills
- Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations
