As a Senior Recruiter, you will have a remarkably high degree of autonomy and ownership. You will design and execute recruitment strategy in India across various business areas, ensuring we hire top talent aligned with our mission and values. You will be an equal partner to Hiring Managers and hiring teams and are expected to advise, consult, and challenge them where needed to create best-in-class recruitment processes and find the right fit for each team.

Our recruiters are strategic business partners, matchmakers, and sales and marketing experts, all wrapped into one. We contribute to the bottom line and have high visibility to leadership. We partner with our hiring managers to grow their teams with great people in multiple technical and business areas.

What will I be working on?

- Oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment process for several business areas in India, as well as -take part in global hiring projects.

- Partner with Hiring Managers and their teams to design and execute effective hiring strategies.

- Collaborate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our search strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis.

- Own and drive the offer process from beginning to end while providing a world-class experience to your candidates that aligns with our values.

- Champion our culture and ensure we hire the right people for the right team who also align with our mission and values.

- Participate in major improvement projects to upgrade our networks, such as university and/or employer branding events, exploring hiring campus opportunities.

- Promote our employer brand in the labor market to attract top talent.

What will make me successful in this position?

- 5+ years of work experience in recruiting within fast-growing companies or start-ups in a competitive market.

- An understanding of the challenges and needs of a growing business, especially those of a scale-up industry disrupter.

- Experience in executive-level searches and creative sourcing strategies.

- Exposure to hiring in global markets is a big plus.

- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Commitment and perseverance to drive big projects/processes to a fruitful conclusion.

- Proactive working style with a keen eye for detail and quality.

- Highly resilient, yet cheerful and positive in the face of challenges.

- People management skills are a plus.
